The First Sunday of Lent 2020
Dear [subscriber:firstname | default:reader]

The annual Lenten journey towards Easter is begun. In a small way we imitate our Lord who spent forty days of prayer in the desert preparing for his public ministry. We often think of the desert as a lifeless place. But even in the most extreme parts of the world there is life. So it can be in our spiritual journey. May you meet the Lord in your keeping of an holy Lent, and in the power of God see a garden of new life flourish where before there was only wilderness.

It is possible that we will have to alert congregations at short notice of changes to worship, events or other practice. We will do this by email, on our social media channels and via a link from the front page of our website.
