Can you help us improve our buildings?

It would help us in our bid to the local council for funding if you can tell us whether you agree with the following statement (for St Mark’s or All Saints), tell us how you use the building and, if you can, write a short sentence of support.

Thank you for your help.

St Mark’s Church and Room

Please email Phil Budden (philb@acnb-church.org) to indicate that you agree with the following statement, tell us how you use the building, and if you can, write a short sentence of support.

“Many members of the Community in Ampfield use the church and church room for significant life events, such as baptisms, weddings and funerals, and we are working to improve our facilities for the benefit of the whole community of Ampfield.

The first phase is to create a new entrance into St Mark’s Room with step free access via a new terrace, and ramps through to the church. Additionally, to remodel the lobby in order to enlarge the kitchen and create an accessible toilet.

A later phase will refurbish the room to make it more sustainable and a more flexible and attractive space for the whole community”

All Saints Church Complex

Please email Trish, the buildings administrator, (buildings@acnb-church.org) to indicate that you agree with the need to improve the access and car park as expressed in the following statement, tell us how you use the building and, if you can, write a short sentence of support.

“All Saints Church complex in North Baddesley is an ever-growing hub for community activities including the church, Sunshine Saints, Library, Arthur’s Play Space and a food bank drop-off point.

We have ongoing plans to improve the facilities we offer the whole community and the first phase of that has been completed with the creation of an accessible toilet in the hall.

Our next phase is to improve internal disability access through the building and to improve the car park.”
