Social Hub

Social Hub

Social Hub (formerly known as Warm Hub) is a place to chat, have a drink, do a jigsaw and meet the Memory Box Foundation.

Warm Hub is rebranding to become the Social Hub but the only thing that’s changing is the name. During the morning there continues to be an opportunity to have a go at some crafts, do jigsaws or just relax with a book that has been borrowed from the Community Library (also open on a Wednesday morning) or just sit and chat. There are free drinks and biscuits and sometimes other treats!

It continues to be 10am - 12pm every Wednesday at All Saints Church, North Baddesley.

We are also delighted that on the first Wednesday of every month a member of the Memory Box Foundation attends together with a representative from ROMDAG (Romsey Dementia Group) to show us items from the past so we can reminisce together!

Over the months we have welcomed many who have felt isolated and alone, or have been bereaved, whilst there have been others suffering from poor health, both physical and mental.

We are grateful to Test Valley for giving us a grant, which enabled us to establish the Warm Hub during the Winter and Spring period. The funding for the Warm Hub ended in May 2023, but we are keen that All Saints continues to keep its doors open on a Wednesday morning, therefore we have changed the name to Social Hub.

Updated 16/10/23: start time changed to 10am.
