Welcome Cafe update

Welcome Café is a community cafe which meets at All Saints Church each Thursday morning.

 

The café is for any and everyone in the community to come and meet friends for a catch-up and enjoy great coffee. There is no charge for coffee but donations are welcome.

We particularly welcome those who find themselves lonely or who have been bereaved. There are trained listeners who will be happy to sit with you and if appropriate signpost to other helpful organisations, all in complete confidence.

We are grateful to the Health Walking group who help with setting up the café and they return after their walk to enjoy the coffee and chat. Our regular customers look forward each week to meeting their friends and the warm welcome that they always receive.

In 2025 we finished the year by singing carols and enjoying cakes. On 1st January 2026 we opened up and welcomed in the new year together.
