Ash Wednesday (18th Feb)

Lent Lunch

Join us for a light lunch of home made soup, bread & cheese and fruit any time between 12noon and 2pm in St. Mark’s Room. Donations will go to Romsey Foodbank and The Winchester Beacon (Night Shelter)

Imposition of Ashes

To mark the beginning of Lent the Wednesday evening Communion service at 7pm All Saints will include the traditional imposition of ashes (marking the forehead with a cross), reminding us to repent and “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return”.

“Draw Near” Lent Reflections

“Draw Near to God” is the Church of England’s Lent theme this year. You can sign up for daily Lent reflection emails or explore Life-giving habits (with resources for adults and families).

Palm Sunday (29th March)
- Services as usual for 5th Sunday of the month
Holy week
- Tuesday 10:30 at St Mark: midweek Communion service as usual
- Wednesday: Warm Space, Digital Hub and midweek Communion as usual
Maundy Thursday (2nd April)
- 10:00 Welcome Café as usual
- 19:30 Maundy Thursday Communion service at St Mark - remembering the Last Supper and the garden of Gethsemane
Good Friday (3rd April)
- North Baddesley Walk of Witness:
  - 09:45 from North Baddesley Precinct
  - 10:00 from All Saints
- 14:00 Good Friday service at St John - a service of readings, music and reflections
Easter Day (5th April):
- 07:00 Dawn Communion at St Denys - outside so come dressed for the weather; followed by bacon butties
- 09:30 All-age Easter Worship at St Mark including an activity
- 11:00 All-age Communion at All Saints including craft activities
